Why are some JULABO units are available in both 115V and 208/230V?

Again, refrigeration cooling power is the same for a 115V and 208/230V unit. However, if a unit has 2kW of heating at 230V, it will have 1kW at 115V Voltage doesn’t impact cooling capacity but it does impact heating capacity.
