Easy Black Box

Software for online remote diagnosis of JULABO circulators with an RS232 interface via Null Modem Cable. Easy BlackBox reads out important data needed by JULABO customer service. Data is saved in a file that can be emailed to service@julabo.us. This greatly reduces the amount of time that our support technicians need to resolve problems.
