Tubing Insulation
In this Question Mark video, senior product manager Mark Diener demonstrates the importance of insulating tubing during heating and cooling applications. Mark compares two refrigerated heating circulators, both operating at -30°C. The one with uninsulated tubing accumulates a lot of ice on the tubing, making it frosty. Uninsulated tubing can also reduce the temperature control unit’s cooling capability, lead to heat loss, and impact your application. Watch, as Mark illustrates the difference between the uninsulated and triple-insulated tubing. If you have questions about tuning or how to optimize your temperature control applications, call or send us a message. We’d love to help.
